Hotel staff were helpful and responsive, especially Alex (Mr. Da) at the reception desk who helped us booked our airport transfer and offered to use Wechat to keep us updated with any changes! Hotel room was clean and comfy and had all the amenities we need. I love the free mini bar offer and two pillion options.

The staff was very quick to address and help with our queries. The gym is well equipped. The washing and drying machines are clean and disinfected regularly.

Excellent cafe on ground floor. Good for breakfast meetings.
